Sirron Norris

Potrero (2024)

Sirron Norris is a San Francisco-based artist, muralist, designer and educator. He graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, then moved to San Francisco to begin his career. Best known for his public art projects, his murals can be seen in Balmy Alley, Clarion Alley, at the corner of 18th & Bryant in the Mission. He has been an Artist in Residence at both the de Young Fine Art Museum and San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. With the support of the San Francisco Arts Commission, Norris adorned the pediatric emergency rooms at the San Francisco General Hospital. In addition, he served as the lead artist on the animated television show Bob's Burgers. He runs a studio and gallery in the heart of the Mission district in San Francisco, where he teaches cartooning and animation.
